Common questions before you book
You don't have to be home. As long as the vehicle is accessible and we have room to work around it, we can handle the appointment while you're inside, at work, or out running errands. A quick text before we start and a walk-around photo when we're done is usually all you'll hear from us.
Yes — we'll ask for access to an outdoor water spigot and a standard electrical outlet. A regular garden hose and an exterior outlet are all we need, and the vast majority of homes in Olathe and the surrounding cities already have both. If either isn't available where you park, let us know when you book and we'll plan around it.
Olathe is home base, and we also regularly cover Overland Park, Lenexa, Leawood, Prairie Village, Shawnee, Mission, Merriam, Gardner, and Spring Hill. If you're near those and not sure, reach out — we'll let you know.
An exterior detail usually runs about two hours, an interior deep clean two to four, and a full detail most of a morning or afternoon. Ceramic coating is a full-day appointment because the prep matters.
Payment is due at the end of the appointment once you've done the walk-around and you're happy with the result. We'll send a quick text invoice with card, Apple Pay, or bank transfer options.
Kansas weather is what it is. If a storm comes through on your scheduled day, we'll text you the morning of to reschedule — no charge, no fuss. For appointments under a covered carport or in a garage, rain usually isn't a blocker.
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can share a certificate on request, which matters if you're booking us at an HOA, office parking lot, or apartment complex.
Usually yes, as long as the property manager allows on-site vehicle work. We've worked plenty of Olathe and Overland Park complexes — we'll just need you to confirm with your office first.
