Yes. Golden retriever season is a good test and we get through it. Add the pet hair removal option and we'll use specialized brushes plus extraction so the back seat isn't still shedding a week later.
We use a pH-balanced leather cleaner and a separate conditioner made specifically for automotive leather. Nothing harsh, and nothing that will dry out or discolor the seats.
Usually yes. The ozone-based treatment in the odor elimination add-on neutralizes the source instead of masking it. Heavy smoke smells sometimes take a repeat session, but standard day-to-day odors come out on the first visit.
Most seats and carpets are dry to the touch in a couple of hours and fully dry by the next morning. We'll let you know what needs a little extra airing-out before the school run.
We'll clean around them and do a careful job under the edges, but we don't uninstall and reinstall car seats — that's on you so we don't change the fit. Leave them as-is and we'll handle the rest.
